How do I get songs onto my phone?

Split songs on a computer at audioweb.app, from audio files or YouTube links. Then press Sync to phone in the library (or Send to phone on a song), and in the AudioWeb app on your phone tap Scan code and point it at the code. The devices connect directly, which works on most networks, including a phone on mobile data. The songs are saved on the phone and play offline.

Can I try it without a computer?

Yes. On an empty library, tap Try the demo song: a song made for AudioWeb, already split, so you can mute, solo, loop and slow down its parts straight away. You can also split a song on the phone itself (Split a song on this phone), though that is much slower than on a computer.

Is my music uploaded anywhere?

No. Splitting happens on your device, and songs sent to your phone travel directly between your devices. See the privacy policy.

On iPhone, songs I received in Safari don't show in the app

Safari, the AudioWeb website added to the Home Screen, and the AudioWeb app each keep their own library. Open the one you want to use, tap Scan code there, and send the songs again from your computer.

Sending fails with "Couldn't connect the two devices"

Some networks block direct connections between devices, often office, school, hotel and guest Wi-Fi. Put both devices on the same Wi-Fi at home (or the phone on mobile data), keep both screens on, then press Try again on the computer and scan the new code.

How do I save a mix or a recording?

Use Export in the player (More tab on phones). In the apps, exports open the share sheet, so you can save them to Files, AirDrop them or send them to another app.
